Due to the nature of online sample sales, we operate a strict returns policy. For hygiene reasons, some items can’t be returned.
If you need to return any part of your order, you have 14 days from the point of receiving your order to return it to aSample. Contact email@example.com and we will help you with the returns process.
Please note: we do not offer complimentary returns. The customer is responsible for paying any shipping-related fees to return any unwanted items. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service and emailing the tracking details to firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can follow any inbound returns. We are unable to offer a refund for any items lost.
Refunds for returned items
All refunds will be issued within 5-8 working days of receipt of the returned order. Customers will receive an email confirming the refund has been processed.
We are only able to refund the original payment method used when the order was placed.
