Returns Policy

Due to the nature of online sample sales, we operate a strict returns policy. For hygiene reasons, some items can not be returned.

If you need to return any part of your order, you have 14 days from the point of receiving your order to return it to aSample.

Please note: we do not offer complimentary returns. The customer is responsible for paying any shipping-related fees to return any unwanted items. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service and emailing the tracking details to orders@asample.co.uk, so we can follow any inbound returns. We are unable to offer a refund for any items lost.
